SUMMARY:
To maintain the telemarketing department standards and procedures providing qualified guests to Chateau World Edmonton sales locations as assigned.
• Sell the presentation and gift offer in an enthusiastic way
• Give a clear and accurate representation of the gift offer
Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
• Be self-motivated and work in a fast paced environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
• A professional attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are all essential
• Telemarketing experience makes you a star candidate, but not necessary
